TamDu'Ky specializes in handcrafted luxury candles, massage candles, body care products, gift baskets, and related accessories.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance, appearance, and packaging are normal and should be expected. These variations do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit product quantities at any time.

 

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Inaccurate billing or shipping information

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the canceled item(s).

 

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods offered through our secure payment providers.

TamDu'Ky does not store complete payment card information.

 

6. Shipping

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, TamDu'Ky is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TamDu'Ky is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted candles and body care products, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Approved refunds or replacements are issued at TamDu'Ky's discretion.

 

8. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for following all product instructions and safety guidelines.

Massage candles should always be tested for temperature before applying the melted oil to the skin.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

Perform a patch test before using any skincare product.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

TamDu'Ky products are intended for external use only.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:
